20 years of experience in PPP Training

Already in 1999 our founder Marcel van den Broek designed and delivered the first PPP training in The Netherlands and he has continued to do so throughout the world in parallel to his advisory services, consistently with outstanding feedback. Marcel van den Broek is also regularly invited as PPP expert for workshops or conferences.

Delivered in over 25 countries

We have designed and delivered numerous PPP trainings and workshops in over 25 countries throughout the world including Albania, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, The Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Lesotho, Malaysia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Vietnam and Yemen. They range from a half-day session to a 10-day training and have been evaluated without exception by the participants as outstanding.

Noteworthy developments of PPP trainings include:

Design of the curriculum for the nationwide PPP training program in India which was designed and developed in 2010 – 2011 and implemented by local trainers through the India PPP Capacity Building Trust in the period 2012 – 2015.
Design and delivery of the Kyrgyz PPP Certification program including a 10-day national PPP training program for the PPP unit and PPP focal points in 2015. The program was part of the overall PPP capacity building program as developed by VandenBroek
Initial design for the global PPP certification program in 2010, being implemented since 2016 by APMG as the CP3P program.

CP3P Accredited PPP Trainer for all 3 levels

Marcel van den Broek is one of the few PPP trainers in the world who is fully accredited by APMG to deliver all 3 course levels of the Certified PPP Professional Program (CP3P).

For delivering CP3P trainings VandenBroek Consulting is exclusively associated with K-infra, the premier PPP training provider from Spain with other affiliates in Australia, Brazil and Columbia. K-infra is founded by Andres Rebollo, one of the main authors of the PPP Certification Guide, the official Body of Knowledge of the CP3P program.

Certified PPP Professional Program

The Certified PPP Professional Program (CP3P) is an innovation of the main Multilateral Development Banks with a shared vision of enhancing PPP performance globally.

Ultimately the Certified PPP Professional Program culminates in the award of the definitive CP3P (Certified Public-Private Partnership Professional) credential which is proof of in-depth knowledge of and alignment with international PPP best practice.

The program is managed by APMG, the global accreditation and examination institute. Since the inauguration of the scheme in June 2017 over 4000 candidates from 125 countries have taken an APMG PPP Certification Program exam. One of the main goals of the program is to share best practice knowledge and make it freely available to everyone. The PPP guide is now available in eight languages to make it accessible to even more PPP practitioners.
